Club Manager

Lauren Hauser 

  • Lauren holds certifications as a Certified Pool Operator, Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, Water Safety Instructor, First Aid, and Epi-Pen Administration.
  • She is currently a Health and Physical Education teacher at Westfield High School.
  • She graduated from Rowan University with both a Bachelors in Health and Exercise Science and a Masters degree in the Lifestyle and Wellness Management as well as coaching experience in Swimming, Soccer, and Softball.

Assistant Club Manager

Al Hauser 

  • Al is a retired teacher, coach and Administrator from the Montville, NJ school system.
  • He holds certifications in Certified Pool Operator and CPR.
  • He graduated from Glassboro State College (Rowan University) with a Bachelor's degree in Health/Physical Education/Traffic Safety.
  • He also holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from William Paterson University, with a Supervisor and Principal certificate.

Mark Ciabaton

 

Former Latin Teacher at West Essex High School, Pope John (Sparta), and Wayne Hills High School with over 20 years of experience.

 

 

Swim Team 

Megan Decker (Head Coach)

  • Megan Decker grew up swimming at the Fanwood Scotch Plains YMCA until graduating high school.  She was a five-time record holder at Cranford High School, where she received All American honors at the YMCA Nationals.  She attended Villanova University on a swimming scholarship. She currently coaches the varsity swim team at Mount Saint Mary Academy in Watchung. In addition, she coaches masters and teaches private swim lessons to all ages at Lifetime Athletic in Berkeley Heights and Florham Park. She teaches Technology at St. Patrick School in Chatham, where she resides with her husband and four sons.  

Kathryn Visco 

  • Kathryn has been swimming for the Colony Swim Team since she was six years old. Kathryn is finishing up her junior year at Chatham High School. She currently swims for the Chatham High School and Summit YMCA Seals Swim Teams.

 

Quinn Tomaro

  •  Quinn will be entering his junior year at Chatham High School this year. Quinn started swimming at age six on the colony pre-team. From the beginning, he knew that someday he wanted to be a coach for the Colony Swim team. In fourth grade, he began to swim more competitively. He swam for the Madison Y Mariners until seventh grade when he switched to Scarlet Elite Swim club. He has been there ever since.
